Special Nature Art Walk – Saturday or Sunday at 1 pm
Guided walk through the beautiful prairie and woods at Marsh Haven Nature Center with nature center director and Ecopsychologist, Renee Wahlen. Find interesting natural items, create art with nature as our guide, and leave the nature art for others to be inspired by. This one-hour program is included with the daily admission fee. Come dressed for hiking. Sturdy shoes, water, sunscreen and bug spray are recommended.
Marsh Haven Nature Center is on the north end of the world famous Horicon Marsh and is a non-profit, volunteer-supported nature center where all are welcome to come and appreciate the wonders and beauty of nature. Visitors often see numerous bird species, including a well-established Purple Martin colony. Wildlife may be seen while wandering through the woodland, prairie, or wetland trails on our 46-acres. Marsh Haven Nature Center also offers a bunkhouse and camping area for overnight group stays, a picnic shelter and campfire area, observation tower, a classroom, and indoor theater for presentations.
All included in daily admission. $2 for ages 15 and over, $1 for ages 14 and under. Art All Around Special available: One free admission with one paid admission.

Join us in celebrating 50 years of this iconic Fine Arts & Crafts Fair! Walk through Lakeside Park and Oven Island along the shores of Lake Winnebago, as you browse the works from artists from all over the Midwest.
Come support the Fond du Lac Artists’ Association Scholarship Fund as well as give back to the art community. Shop from a variety of fine arts and “original-in-design” crafts including paintings, ceramics, jewelry, garden art and more. Bid high in the Silent Auction Pavilion and admire the works of the High School Scholarship recipients, beneficiaries of silent auction proceeds. Enjoy live music and the children’s/youth art area with fun activities that will keep them busy all day. There will also be a professional graffiti artist, face painter, music, and fun for the whole family.

Melissa Norenberg of Artistic Designz (who has displayed her artwork in New York, Milwaukee, Door County, Green Bay, and Oshkosh) is coming to the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac! Guests at the Museum will enjoy a display of her artistically upcycled furniture and watch the artist in action as she makes a one-of-a-kind piece for permanent display at the Museum. Children will paint alongside Melissa and create a masterpiece for the Museum as well.
