Come to Waupun to see one of the highest concentrations of public art per capita in the United States, thanks to one remarkable pioneer (Clarence Shaler) and the rich cultural inheritance left behind. The City of Sculpture proudly displays this timeless legacy for your viewing pleasure with eight beautiful sculptures placed within historic downtown and the surrounding area.

Get inspired by local artists as they guide your family through the creative process to create beautiful works of art in our very own Wagener’s Workshop!
Class will feature Mel Kolstad every Friday between 10am and 12pm, May 10th – June 21st; and will feature Stephanie LH Harvey every Friday, July 19th – August 23rd.

Learn the basics of painting with watercolor while enjoying the outdoors outside on THELMA’s Plaza. This engaging class focuses on exploring color and various painting techniques to create images that capture light, shadow and natural form. Develop your ability to see while working and experience the joy of watching your paintings come to life.

Busker Night is open to all musicians who would like to offer their musical talents to play in our beautiful downtown district. Creating an ambiance like no other, downtown Fond du Lac is transformed into a gathering place for art-enthusiasts and those yearning to enjoy the first taste of summer. Coinciding with Gallery Night, buskers are encouraged to set-up at any of the participating galleries for a one-of-a-kind artistic experience.
